So first off, I love to eat. I don’t understand how people have no preference for food because I seriously LOVE to eat.
I started out cooking when I wasn’t even tall enough to
reach the counter. My mom used to let me mix cake batter and lick the
bowl. From that point forward I was hooked.
Fast forward to college…. my love for food got a little out of hand, and I ended up overweight. I was never skinny, but I definitely ended up chubbier than I would have liked. I weighed almost 170lbs and was unhappy with my image.
Obviously, I needed to make a change.. so I started changing up my eating and cooking. Every day I try to learn more about health, nutrition, and what my body really needs. I don’t deprive myself of anything, I just remember my goals….. Now here I am today, over 30lbs lighter, and much healthier. I hope you enjoy some of the recipes I have come up with over the years, and continue to create.
